Paneer Stuffed Dates

Serves 4-6

Ready in 25 mins

Sweet, salty, sticky and SO impressive, these little bites disappear in seconds. Caramelised Medjool dates piped with whipped paneer and feta, topped with walnuts and a drizzle of hot honey. Tip: pop the honey in the microwave for 5 seconds so it's easier to drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 16 Medjool dates
  • 150g All The Aunties Original Paneer (make sure it's extra soft – All The Aunties is perfect)
  • 50g feta (or any salty cheese)
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 16 walnut halves (or any other nut)
  • 3 tbsp hot honey (just mix 3 tbsp honey with ½ tsp chilli flakes and a pinch of salt)
  • Flaky salt, to finish

Method

  1. De pit your dates and then caramelise on a medium heat for a few mins, be careful not to burn
  2. Pour boiling water over your paneer and then drain and whip with feta and a splash of milk and salt – should be smooth and thick
  3. Pipe into your date after the mix is cool.
  4. Top with a nut and drizzle of hot honey!! Pop the honey in the microwave for 5 seconds so it’s easier to drizzle
