Whipped Paneer

Serves 2-3

Ready in 10 mins

Creamy, dreamy and SO easy. Our Original Paneer blitzed with garlic, chilli, lemon and a little salty feta into a thick, silky dip, then finished with a sticky hot honey drizzle. It went down a TREAT at our pre-launch, so this one is guaranteed to impress. Tip: let the paneer come to room temperature first (or soak it in hot water for a few minutes) for the smoothest whip.

Ingredients

  • 200g All The Aunties Original Paneer (at room temp, you can soak in hot water to soften if you're in a hurry)
  • 1 cube of salty cheese (like feta, optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon (zest of whole and juice of half)
  • 1 red chilli
  • Splash of milk (to loosen in the blender)
  • For garnish: smoked paprika, honey, chilli flakes, extra virgin olive oil, flaky salt, coriander, pomegranate (makes it look fancy)

Method

  1. In a blender add your paneer, garlic, chilli, juice of half a lemon, salty cheese (if using) and milk. Blend until smooth and THICK!
  2. Once blended, stir in your lemon zest and salt to taste.
  3. Garnish with a hot honey drizzle (made up of chilli flakes, honey, olive oil and smoked paprika). Great topped with coriander or parsley.
  4. Serve at room temp with some chips or bread. If it thickens up simply loosen with some milk.
