Terms of Sale
These terms cover purchases from the shop on alltheaunties.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are buying from. ALLTHEAUNTIES LTD, trading as All The Aunties, company number 15112670, registered at Floor 3, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Email hello@alltheaunties.co.uk.
Orders. When you place an order we send a confirmation email. That is our acceptance and the point at which a contract is formed. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item has sold out, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We take payment through Stripe and Klarna when you place the order. If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we will contact you before sending anything.
Delivery. We deliver within the UK. Orders usually ship within [X] working days and arrive within [Y] working days of shipping. Pre-order items ship when they are in stock, and we tell you the expected date on the product page.

Your rights. Nothing here reduces your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Our content. The words, photos, illustrations and recipes on this site belong to All The Aunties. Cook the recipes, share the links, but please ask before republishing anything.
Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
