Masala Paneer Scramble (with over 30g of protein!)

Ingredients

  • 200g All The Aunties Cumin, Chilli & Turmeric Paneer
  • 1 medium onion (diced) 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
  • Handful of green peas 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala Lime & coriander to garnish

Method

  1. Heat up your pan over a medium heat with a splash of oil
  2. Add in your onion and cook till softened
  3. Now add your garlic/ginger, sizzle for 1 minute
  4. After a few minutes chuck in your green peas till cooked through
  5. Add in your garam masala and finally crumble in your paneer
  6. Toss together till hot and finish with a squeeze of lime and coriander
  7. Serve on hot toasty toast.
