Masala Paneer Scramble (with over 30g of protein!)
Ingredients
200g All The Aunties Cumin, Chilli & Turmeric Paneer
1 medium onion (diced) 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Handful of green peas 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp garam masala Lime & coriander to garnish
Method
Heat up your pan over a medium heat with a splash of oil
Add in your onion and cook till softened
Now add your garlic/ginger, sizzle for 1 minute
After a few minutes chuck in your green peas till cooked through
Add in your garam masala and finally crumble in your paneer
Toss together till hot and finish with a squeeze of lime and coriander
Serve on hot toasty toast.
