10 minute Tandoori Paneer Wrap

Ingredients

  • 200g All The Aunties Cumin, Chilli & Turmeric Paneer 2 tbsp tandoori marinade 1/2 red onion
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • lettuce
  • 1/2 lime (juice) Coriander (or leave out if you can’t stand)
  • Chutney of choice/Yogurt 2 naans/flatbreads/wraps

Method

  1. Cube your paneer and toss it in the marinade. Set aside.
  2. While that marinates, heat up a non-stick pan to medium heat with a splash of oil.
  3. Add in your paneer, and cook for a few minutes till golden on all sides.
  4. Chop up your veg
  5. Assemble into the wrap with your sliced veggies and chutney of choice.
