10 minute Tandoori Paneer Wrap
Ingredients
200g All The Aunties Cumin, Chilli & Turmeric Paneer 2 tbsp tandoori marinade 1/2 red onion
1/4 cucumber
lettuce
1/2 lime (juice) Coriander (or leave out if you can’t stand)
Chutney of choice/Yogurt 2 naans/flatbreads/wraps
Method
Cube your paneer and toss it in the marinade. Set aside.
While that marinates, heat up a non-stick pan to medium heat with a splash of oil.
Add in your paneer, and cook for a few minutes till golden on all sides.
Chop up your veg
Assemble into the wrap with your sliced veggies and chutney of choice.
